Joshua Tree Snow Engagement - Priscilla + Jeffrey

I’ve photographed quite a few couples in Joshua Tree and I’ve loved each and every one of those shoots. Joshua Tree is a magical place to photograph but I’ve never photographed a couple there with snow on the ground. That’s right, it’s snows from time to time in Joshua Tree.

When I spoke with Priscilla and Jeffrey about having their engagement session in Joshua Tree, they jumped on the opportunity. What we didn’t plan for was the epicness (is that a word?) of having snow in the mix. When we saw that we would in fact be shooting in the snow, everyone got excited.

Priscilla and Jeffrey dressed up for the occasion which is always awesome except for the fact that Priscilla only brought heals. This girl was walking in the snow the whole time in those things. More power to her, she deserves some sort of award. We all froze a bit (especially her) but it was all worth it to get the photos that we got.
